"Anyone who knows me knows that I struggled with being overweight for almost my whole life. Even though I played sports from the time I was young I was still always overweight until recently when I fell in love with weightlifting and exercise. After realizing how much happier I was with myself and my quality of life I decided that I wanted to give other people who feel like I did in the past a chance to feel that same joy and that’s how The Lab Personal Training got started. Since I had (and am still going through) my own fitness and weight loss journey I understand that everyone is not built the same and needs individual, personal plans. That’s why I will tailor a custom fitness and nutrition plan to meet each and every person's needs."
